Our Policies

User Data Policy

We only collect user data such as email, phone numbers, and names when provided through our signup page. Additionally, we collect location data if provided for delivery purposes. We are committed to protecting user data, but we cannot be held responsible for any data breaches.

Delivery Policy

We offer two types of delivery services: locker pickup and door-to-door delivery:

  • Locker Pickup: Delivery fee is R65. Customers can collect their package from the nearest Pudo locker.
  • Door-to-Door Delivery: Delivery fee is R75. Customers must provide a correct delivery address.

Deliveries are typically completed within 1–5 business days. It is the user's responsibility to ensure accurate information is provided for smooth delivery.

Payment Policy

Users will receive a payment link to make their first payment and subsequent payments on the last day of each month. To avoid missing payments, users are encouraged to set up debit orders. Payments must be completed within 48 hours of the billing date. Failure to pay within this period may result in the SIM being reassigned to another user to recover unpaid amounts.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds except in the following cases:

  • If we fail to deliver the SIM card.
  • If we fail to activate the SIM card within 72 hours after delivery.

Refunds are not provided for network issues or incorrect orders as these are beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their plans at any time. However, by canceling, users forfeit any rollover data they have accumulated.

Subscription Policy

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Any unused data from the previous month will roll over to the next month unless the subscription is canceled. Unused data will expire after 3 months.

Rollover Policy

Users’ unused data rolls over to the next billing cycle and is added to their new data allocation. However, rollover data expires after 3 months.

SIM Policy

Users are encouraged not to link their data SIM to sensitive accounts such as social media or banking, as the SIM remains the property of Villtrum. Users may lose access to the SIM number under certain circumstances. Any criminal activities involving the SIM may result in the disclosure of user information to law enforcement, especially in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

Our services rely on Telkom's network. We are not responsible for network coverage issues, outages, or performance problems. Please verify network compatibility in your area before purchasing.
